PHOBIA To Enter Studio In January

October 25, 2007

California-based grindcore band PHOBIA has issued the following update:

"We are hopefully going to be entering the studio in mid-January to record a new LP. We have pretty much half the material written and we are all really excited with the new songs and we are sure you will be as well! We're still working stuff out with the DVD release. It’s been a long process, but however, this is normal for such releases.

"PHOBIA will be appearing at next year's Maryland Deathfest, and a short tour with friends MAGRUDERGRIND to follow.”

Formed in Orange County California in 1990, PHOBIA has been punishing ears with its murderous socio political grinding noise assault for over a full decade. Dealing out their savage combination of the energy and ideals of hardcore punk mixing it with the power and brutality of early grind, PHOBIA has shared the stage with a diverse mix of bands over the years such as CHAOS U.K., GRAVE, NAPALM DEATH, DETESTATION, NEUROSIS, DEICIDE, FINAL CONFLICT, CORRUPTED, ASSUCK, SPAZZ, EXHUMED, IMMOLATION, DISASSOCIATE, DARKEST HOUR and VARUKERS, just to name a few.
